Social Media Super Star - KIMPOY FELICIANO - ALBUM

A 19yr. old pinoy tagged as a social media super star for being considered as one of the most influential Filipinos on Twitter by Klout.com and known as No. 1 Youtube Leader in the 4th Annual Shorty Awards in New York, will surely be a big plus for PINOY MUSIC SCENE today as he will soon be releasing his album under Universal Records containing English and OPM songs, which some might be heard in his appearance at Party Pilipinas this coming Sept. 2, 2012. He is currently residing in New Zealand after their family decided to move from Malolos, Bulacan to abroad due to the work of his father in mining. He is taking  Business Management at University of Otogo. According to him, he is more of a dancer than a singer. Would you believe? Because he casted at Miss Saigon and had performed other musicals as well. Check out his performances on Youtube.

Another Filipino Artist is trying to make name abroad. A pinoy-blooded music artist, after being in the Philippines decided to come back to Australia. Chris Cayzer, who became a celebrity / recording artist in the Philippines received standing ovation after a performance in the X-Factor Australia audition singing his rendetion of Thousand Miles.

One of the former band member of Rivermaya, RICO BLANCO, has been doing successfully in the country's music industry( in solo ), as his newest album "Galactik Fiestamatik" is now No. 1 in ITunes. Under Warner Music Philippines, the album consist of a single entitled "Amats".

ERASERHEADS Next Reunion Concert

Eraserheads will be having another reunion concert this year but not in the Philippines but in North America. Ely Buendia, Raimund Marasigan, Marcus Adoro and Buddy Zabala will perform the said concert later this year at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco on October 12, the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on October 13, Kool Haus in Toronto, Canada on October 19, and in New York City ( still no venue announcement ) on October 20. "The Final Set" was the last time Ereaserheads perform together at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds way back March 7, 2009.
